Tribute for a member of a group

Our Father which art in Heaven, we pause to pay tribute to the memory of a beloved member, who has been called to eternal rest. Grant that we may be able to see beyond the sadness of parting.

We bow our heads in submission to His will and ask that He abide in the hearts of those who mourn; endure them with the trustful Faith of Martha.

From our circle, a Golden link has fallen; one by one the chain is lengthened in our Father's house; and we shall take our place when we have finished our service here.

Be thou our guide, bringing us safely unto Thyself. We ask it in the name of Thy Son, Our Saviour Jesus Christ.
